Faucet started dripping constantly:
You might need to re-adjust the black handle on the faucet.
1. Pull the chrome spout up and off the base
2. Look at the side of the black lever and see the position of the pin that holds the lever together.
3. Slide the lever toward the opening, it should come off,
4. Check to see if the water is still leaking, if not, then turn the pin counter-clockwise 2 turns to loosen it.
5. Put the black lever back, and hold the pin in place using a screw driver.
