We specializes in water filtration products and equipment. We supply water systems and filters for various brands. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time PST. If you have any questions about our product, please feel free to contact us during business hours. However, please do not call when our office is closed. Due to the mass volume of incoming messages, we do not allow voice messages anymore. If you choose to email your question, note that all emails are responded within 1 or 2 business days at most. If you did not hear a reply after 2 business days, it's most likely that it went into spam folder or blocked by the server.
