Pressure Gauge rattle sound:

If you put the pressure gauge right after the pump, then it rattles and has vibration noise. You can relocate the pressure gauge between the membrane housing and the flow restrictor in the drain line. That is the position to measure the operating of the RO membrane and booster pump pressure.
