I have had the reverse osmosis system in my house for three years I love the filter easy to maintain and Filter Direct is great about sending me reminders about filter changes. We have really really bad water where I live in Texas turns the toilets black and smells bad. The filter system is awesome I can't say enough about it. In fact in is so good I had my sister and nephews buy the same system. Great product highly recommend
