I recently purchased a RO system from you. I got it installed yesterday and it is really a nice system.

I set it up with two tanks because we had an extra from a previous system. I pull one tank off behind the alkaline and final filter that we use for drinking and one tank comes off before from which we water the plants. My system also has the booster pump and we have excellent pressure, including for spraying the plants.

I had a Kinetico for years that was expensive to buy, expensive to maintain and didn't come close to keeping up with our families water needs. I don't think it ever worked right. This system from filterdirect.com works better than I imagined. It builds pressure fast and when pressure is up it shuts everything off. I talked to a fellow on the phone that knew more about implementing an RO system than anyone I have talked to for 15 years. I want to say thank you for such a nice design and good service. I plan to promote your system with my 12 children as well as friends and acquaintances. It's great when people do their job and not just collect the money.
