COVID-19: A message to our customers
To the FilterDirect community,
At FilterDirect, the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our utmost priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.
FilterDirect is an online retailer where most of products are shipped out to customer's destination addresses. Since the start of March 2020, we have implemented precautionary procedures where local pick up is no longer allowed. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO OUR WAREHOUSE! NO LOCAL PICKUP ALLOWED! All packages both incoming and outgoing were dropped off and picked up by carrier trucks (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS) via bins located by the outside of our office door and warehouse gate. No personnel is allowed to enter into our premise.
Inside our shop, we have been encouraging our associates to closely monitor their health and well-being. We provide hand sanitizer and tissues in the office and hallways. We ask our associates to stay home if they, or someone in their household, are sick. We have suspended business air travel for associates through May 31, 2020 and recommended virtual meetings.
As always, the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our associates and our communities is of paramount concern. We continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist our customers as needed.
