We guarantee the performance of our systems. We provide free technical support for our customers.
All RO systems come with one year limited warranty,
from the invoice date, excluding wearable parts and filters. RO System Warranty applies only to the
original owner, actual customer on the invoice, of the system. Warranty is immediately voided when
replacement filters were purchased from 3rd companies other than WaterGeneral and its authorized
dealers. Warranty covers the sytem against manufacturing defects.
Warranty is not transferrable nor extendable. Warranty does not cover any plumbing error, installation
issues, or neglegence of maintenance.
All third party products, including pumps and meters, are warrantied by the original manufacturers.
Original manufacturers impose more strict rules on warrantable parts. Transformers, valves, and switches are
wearable parts and not covered under manufacturers warranty.
