** Shipping: Flat rate plus additional weight **
For filters,
parts, and accessories, S&H is starting at $9.95 per shipment, which can contain about 6 to 7 filters.
After that, shipping is calculated by weight. Total cost will be shown on the shopping cart during check out.
A complete water system S&H would cost about $28 per system. Shipping service is via UPS Ground.
Small parts/accessories may be shipped by postal. This rate is for US 48 continental states only.
APO/HI/AK/PR/GU/PO box customers: Postal service is utilized, and depend on the filters ordered,
sometimes we use flat rate boxes or our own boxes. Flat rate boxes are cheaper and the overpayment will be refunded automatically without request.
International buyers: Either UPS or Postal service is utilized.
The shipping calculator on the website is 98% accurate. However, we
reserve to right to contact you if there is variance on the actual shipping cost.

Free Shipping on orders over $99 **
Due to popular demand, we have decided to keep the FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM active on orders
over $99, shipped to US 48 states only. Currently there is no expiration date on this offer. We may cancel this program without any notice.
* If free S&H orders were returned for any reason, full S&H will be deducted
from the invoice amount in order to reflect our cost on shipping and materials.
** Refund policy **
Refund is ONLY available within 30-DAY from the printed INVOICE DATE. Product(s) have to be in NEW, UNUSED condition. If product is used, refund will NOT be issued. For all APPROVED returns: Item(s) must be sent back at the buyers expense. Original S&H costs are NOT refundable. If free shipped, actual S&H will be deducted from item price. Additionally, 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.
Returned packages without a valid RMA# will not be accepted.
